Billings Bridge Shopping Centre opened in 1954 as a strip plaza. Today, it is an enclosed centre that is directly linked to a twelve-storey office tower and the City of Ottawa’s OC transit terminal. The centre’s major retailers are Your Independent Grocer and Walmart.
